What is Primary Care?

Primary care is available for new applicants of all age groups during nontraditional hours, such as weekends and evenings. Currently, there is limited availability during traditional hours and depends on both the age of your child and the hours of care needed.

When you enroll in Primary Care, you commit to using and paying for a set number of days per week. If your work schedule varies from week to week, the actual days and times you bring your child to the Family Center can change with a specified advance notice. If you need to work extra days or hours and space is available, you can use additional care at any time at your regular primary rate (Once enrolled in Primary Care, you are ineligible for special Back-up Care rates).

How do I apply for Primary Care?

The Family Centers experience a high demand for primary care openings. When openings do exist, applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
