Are the Family Centers open exclusively to Cast Members?
Cast Members have the first priority for enrollment, however, depending on space availability, there may be limited opportunities for non-employees to enroll their children. After Cast Members have enrolled, any available slots are offered (in this order) to Family Center employees, Operating Participants on Walt Disney World property, and then to the community.
Can Cast Members use the Family Centers only while working?
The purpose of the Family Centers is to provide quality childcare for Cast Members while they are working at the Walt Disney World Resort. Our expectation is that Cast Members use this service for the time that they are working, however, there may be times when exceptions are made.
